At BrandVoicePack, we provide customised packaging products such as paper bags, stickers, and packaging tapes. Since all products are manufactured as per customer-approved specifications, this policy defines clear terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds in compliance with Razorpay.

1. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

All orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

By placing an order on brandvoicepack.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Approved cancellations (before production) are eligible for a full refund, excluding payment gateway charges where applicable.

3. Return Policy

As BrandVoicePack supplies custom-made products, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Products received in a damaged condition

    Returns due to change of mind, design preference, or approved artwork errors are not permitted.

4. Reporting Defects or Issues

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or videos showing the defect or damage

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The order is cancelled before production starts

  • BrandVoicePack is unable to fulfill the order

  • A valid defect claim is approved

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping, handling, and transaction charges are non-refundable

6. Pricing & Color Disclaimer

  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen display differences and printing processes.

  • Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds.
