We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners. For bulk or international shipments, please contact us at support@brandvoicepack.com for special handling.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Processing begins once payment and artwork approvals (if any) are received.
- Processing Time: Typically 2–4 business days for ready designs; 5–7 business days for custom designs.
- Urgent Orders: For expedited dispatch, please contact our support team in advance.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: May take up to 10 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather, or national holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and order size.
- You will be shown applicable charges at checkout before confirming your order.
- Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional offers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- A tracking number and link will be emailed or messaged to you
- You can track your shipment status directly through the courier partner’s website
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Store Pickup (if applicable)
We also offer store pickup from our warehouse or retail location (if available in your area). Please contact us to schedule a pickup time post order confirmation.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- In the rare case your package is damaged in transit or lost:
- Report to us within 48 hours of delivery/non-delivery
- Share your order number, photos (if applicable), and any courier information received
- We will coordinate with the logistics provider and assist you with a replacement or resolution.
